We are prepared to establish SLAs that compensate our customer in the event of a service failure and establish incentives for service successes. Our company and our employees take great pride in working with our customers to provide superior service. From 2008 to present we have met or exceeded SLAs or KPIs for all of our customers.Please review our KPIs and Carrier Performance Report that we prepared for one of our customers. These reports are examples of information provided to our customers which facilitates meeting specific objectives.
