Our approach is one of partnership. We will exchange dialogue and vital information necessary to integrate systems, products and knowledge. This step is critical in gathering the necessary information used to formulate our internal action plans.
During this step we will implement our action plans developed through mutually agreed upon expectations, timelines and objectives. We will begin the receipt, storage and order processes.
We will proactively monitor all processes, activities and systems to ensure we stay on course to meeting all goals, objectives and timelines.
