Skip has 50 years experience in Distribution Logistics. He is a member of the International Warehousing Logistics

Association, Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and served as a director of many civic and social

organizations. He was honored as Baltimore Port Leader of the Year and chaired the Governor’s Port Land Use

Committee. Skip earned a BS in Marketing from the University of Baltimore.

Scott A. Hunsicker

Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Scott joined Belts in 1988, and is responsible for marketing, contract negotiation and preparation, and  legal, insurance, and other general corporate matters. As Executive Vice President of Belts Realty Services, Inc., Scott has developed over 1.5 Million square feet of distribution facilities and as a Maryland Licensed Real Estate Broker, has handled all leasing activity for numerous company and related properties.  Director, Belts Logistics Services; Graduated University of Maryland Baltimore County, Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude; The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, Juris Doctor Degree.

John R. Redding

Senior Vice President
Over 40 years experience in third party distribution operations, including 34 years at Belts Logistics Services.  John is also a decorated Vietnam War Veteran and has vast experience in public warehousing, including the distribution of many different types of products.  Member of the International Warehouse Logistics Association, Warehouse Education and Research Council, National Association of Foreign Trade Zone and Past Chairman of the Baltimore Industrial Group; attended The Pennsylvania State University and various additional studies related to distribution.  

David Huna

Vice President and Controller
David has worked at Belts for over twenty years, and has guided the Company through many economic and technological changes. Dave’s involvement not only includes all accounting functions, but he manages the human resources and information technology areas as well. BBA, Eastern Nazarene College; CPA (I) Maryland.

Larry Smith

From years of experience as a business owner and a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, Larry has acquired business development as well as managerial expertise. Dual commissioned as an Engineer and Intelligence officer, Larry’s military career was highlighted by deployments to the Pentagon (on the Joint Staff), Afghanistan and Korea. He earned his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and his Master’s Degree at the University of Maryland, School of Public Policy. Larry is a member of the Warehouse Education and Research Council (WERC) and the National Defense Transportation Association. (NDTA).

Jim Woolfrey

Vice President - Director of Distribution
Jim has managed high volume pick pack operations serving footwear distributors such as Sperry, RockPort, Columbia and more.   He has project managed numerous Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) implementations during his career.  Prior to Belts, Jim managed multiple distribution centers and has held positions as General Manager, Vice President of Operations and Director of Distribution for corporate and privately held companies.  Jim attended Loyola University's Sellinger School of Business and Baltimore Community College.  Member: The American Management Association.
