Through this team approach, the employees of Belts Logistics Services have direct input into customer service, performance review and improvement decisions. Each team is composed of dedicated customer service personnel, and warehouse personnel (warehouse labor, forklift drivers, team leaders, supervisors, general management). Each new employee must submit to pre-employment testing, drug screen and background check, which includes I-9 verification, education, and employment verifications. The average length of service for Belts’ warehouse employees is 7-9 years, with team leaders and management personnel averaging 12+ years. Belts Logistics Services is a fully non-union operation.
